Hi turbokuo, I have a 987S with PASM. Prior to purchase I extensively drove versions with and without PASM. I can honestly say that PASM was a must have option for me. Especially with the 19 Carrera Classic wheels. The regular PASM setting is slightly softer and more compliant than the standard suspension, but still feel very sporty. The regular PASM setting is perfect for less than perfect roads and is also great for when your wife/gf is ridding in the car with you. The PASM sport setting just takes things to another level and is much firmer than the regular factory suspension. Perfect for the track/smooth roads, or when you really want to do some hard cornering.

The standard non-PASM suspension is good, but is not as firm the PASM sport setting a not as comfortable as the regular PASM setting. Also, I would not get the 19's if you are not getting PASM. Not really sure what it was, but the car I tested with 19's and the standard suspension just didn't feel right. Hope that helps.
