Germany (or Europe) which are considered to be especially
fit for high speed driving? (Good visibility, low traffic density,
no speed limit, etc)

I'm lucky to have a short Autobahn (it is actually a "B" street) in my backyard. This Autobahn is pretty well suited for high speed driving, I did over 330 kph in my 996 Turbo on it.
It is a pretty new street, no bumps or whatsoever.
Because of the good visibility, the risk is pretty low.
