I know that negotiating the price on a vehicle is somewhat of an art - I'm interested in seeing what % of MSRP 987/987S owners were able to negotiate and HOW they did that. I'm interested in ordering one (06 987S) and would like to do my homework before I go to the lions lair (er. dealer's office). Is 7% off MSRP realistic? When I initially spoke to the dealer a couple of weeks ago, he told me that he never sold a boxster before for 7% off. Is he pulling my leg? What should I shoot for? I live in Canada and there is not much competition here (only 2 local dealers within driving distance , only 3 in all of Ontario) Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
