So, is this actually an explicit violation of the VIP Program terms, to flip one of the other cars you buy under it, or is this just Porsche upset that they did it?

As far as I've been told, when I asked if I could sell "my" 911 R if I don't like it Smiley, six months holding period seem do the trick (starting with the day you pick up the car at the dealership). Actually, they want to see the car being registered to the owner's name and after six months, you can basically do whatever you want with it. This is for Germany but I assume it isn't much different out there in the world.
