Sounds pretty reasonnable to me. If it's not sold by an official dealer, then you could probably take it down to 80k.
Depending on the condition of the car, I would actually highly consider it. Definitly not as good as your future GT3 but arguably more desirable, certainly more beautiful and more passionate.
Same old story, heart vs brain.
Just to give you an idea, an immaculate 360F1 at the Paris delear (Levallois), 2000 metallic black, tan interior, full leather incl. roof, superb (I saw it) GPS, Xenon and bucket seats. 5000 km in other words new, was exchanged for a Stradale by its owner who is meticulous about his cars.
Was 120k Euros!!!
Steep! But Factory warranty for one year.
Now it's 115k. I reckon that puching it, it would go for 110k, so way more than yours at 85k but, it's gorgeous, it's loaded with options, and it's almost new (5000kms, new gearbox, new tyres etc.)

Oh and for a better comparison, Tim, my friend from Ferrari, told me the cheapest they sold was a red manual 360 (don't know the mileage) but when they're sold by Ferrari SPA, the tyres are new, the car is in perfect condition etc. with one year factory warranty, 89,000 Euros. So not bad for an official.
I think it actually had something like 32,000 km. I can ask if you're interested.

Can I ask,
If you buy a new Ferrari, how long is the warranty? Does this cover EVERYTHING about the car mechanically?
If you buy used, can you purchase extended warranty? If so, what is the cost?
ps, if your Ferrari breaks down, will they give you a courtesy ferrari while you get your car fixed while under warranty?

For a new Ferrari, the warranty is two years.
For a used one bought at the dealer, it's one year and yes, it does cover everything.
After the end of the year, you can purchase an one year extension, I don't know the price but I can find out if you want.
For a used Ferrari over two years old bought to a private dealer or private owner, you can buy a warranty from the dealer, highly recommended as you wouldn't know anything about the car's history.
If your Ferrari breaks down, then you do get a courtesy car but not a Ferrari. At best a Maser Coupe but more something like a Alfa or Lancia.

I signed the contract for a white GT3 in the beginning of January but finally I decided to not take it anymore, I didn't feel confident giving 110.000 euros for a car that will have the base model changed at the end of this year.

but may be keep it for a bit. It is just an idea for the moment.The problem is that the car is from a private, neither an official dealer, neither a NON official one. This is the only point that bothers me.

But... If he has the Official delaer stamp for the "revisions d'entretien" well kept and can show you every single receipt of what 's been spent on the car (I can) then I suppose it's a good start.
I would still buy the one year warranty from Ferrari.
If the car has been serviced by a private garage, forget it. If he says he didn't keep track of the bills, gorget it.
