Sounds great in theory, Ron. But the truth is: it doesn't work that way, at least not as shown on the picture.
The Express Service is a reality over here at my Mercedes dealer in Germany, they introduced it around a year ago. Usually there are one or two people available for Express Service and if there is a lot of work, you have to leave your car there.
I saw that article and thought about posting a link. Looks like Ron beat me to it. I like what is going on here. Vehicle service is such a big issue. It's great to see some effort from the manufactures/dealers to improve customer service. With improved reliability of less expensive automobiles, the improved customer service of the expensive automobiles helps justify their cost.
