i couldn't convince him to sit in Sun's seat, he prefers the back seat and going all the way in the back, as he always has done.

Utah is a remarkably creative state;  whilst Nevada and Arizona are stuck at 75 mph speed limits, the test 80 mph areas that Utah had the last two years now cover most of the state, and our basic rule is...  30 over -  you have to brake to < 30 over if nailed over here to avoid a rather stiffer penalty...  So risk management is a personal combo of skills and reflexes.  We find skills develop and outweigh the loss of reflex, rather a lotSmiley
