    So what do we have here: a lowered 997 with different wheels and a different front bumper. Porsche has to meet different tastes and this is why you and other might like how this 997 looks but others, for example business men who drive to work and/or customers in their car, wouldn't buy it this way. So do you expect Porsche to offer a "Detuning" kit?

    For people who want a more sporty and lower look, the GT3 will be available. And for those who don't want to pay the extra money for extra power, the Aerokit will be available.
    Not to forget about the 997 Turbo, various Aerokit parts available seperately, 997 C4 S, other variants and of course a lot of Tuner stuff.

    Don't worry, you'll get enough chances in the near future to spend your money on useless stuff.

    Wild-Speed, most 911 in Germany are company owned or leased cars. Any more questions?

    you would expect more germans to privately own such a 'domestic' legend... or is the corporate ownership/leasing due to the byzantine tax laws...

    alls this Photoshop work looks great but you guys forget reality. i use my 997S as a daily driver here in LA and if the front would be any lower (never mind as low as some of your pictures) i would loose the front bumper 20times a day.

    i am glad the 997 is deigned like it is.

    I've had a 996 w/aero kit since it first came out here in LA. You have to approach and exit driveways at angles. The first photoshop (minus wheels) looks better than the current 997. The goofy signal lights are still out of place though.
